    Ms. Tanvi Khurana

    Tanvi Khurana graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.), from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2009 and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Kurukshetra University in 2011.

    She commenced her judicial career after qualifying the Haryana Civil Services (Judicial) Examination in 2010, upon which she was appointed as a Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class. In 2013, she successfully qualified the Delhi Judicial Service Examination, marking the beginning of her distinguished judicial service in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

    Over the course of her career, she has held several significant judicial and administrative assignments, including Civil Judge, Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act), Metropolitan Magistrate, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, and Chief Judicial Magistrate. She also served on deputation as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening access to justice and advancing legal aid initiatives.

    On 24 September 2024, she was promoted to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service. Since 31 May 2025, she has been serving as Special Secretary, Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), contributing to policy formulation, institutional development, and the effective implementation of legal services programmes.

    She has also represented the Indian Judiciary at international judicial conferences held in Nepal and Sri Lanka, fostering judicial dialogue and international cooperation.
