Special Internship Drive – 2025 on 01.09.2025

The Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) organized half day orientation programme of Special Internship Drive – 2025 on 01st September 2025 at the Auditorium “Nyay Manch”, 1st Floor, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex. The orientation programme was meticulously designed for the benefit of the interns, with the participation of 73 students. The august gathering was graced by Sh. Rajeev Bansal, Ld. Member Secretary, DSLSA, Sh. Mridul Gupta, Ld. Additional Secretary, DSLSA, and Sh. Abhinav Pandey, Ld. Secretary (Litigation), DSLSA.

The programme commenced with an interactive session led by Sh. Rajeev Bansal, Ld. Member Secretary, DSLSA. This was followed by deliberations by Sh. Mridul Gupta, Ld. Additional Secretary, DSLSA, and Sh. Abhinav Pandey, Ld. Secretary (Litigation), DSLA, who elaborated on the multifaceted role of DSLSA, the purpose of the internship programme, the significance of field visits, and the code of conduct to be observed by interns during the Internship Tenure. Their discourse not only acquainted the interns with the institutional framework of DSLSA but also emphasized the responsibilities expected of them during the course of the internship.

The programme culminated with an engaging interaction, during which the interns sought clarifications and shared their perspectives. The orientation proved to be both insightful and purpose-driven, equipping the interns with a comprehensive understanding of their forthcoming assignments and setting the tone for their professional engagement with DSLSA. After the training, all Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) were directed to contact their respective DLSAs for further sessions. Under the Special Internship Drive–2025, the interns will gain exposure to various wings and institutions, including the Front Office, Lock-up, Sakhi One Stop Center, Observation Home, Legal Aid Clinic, Legal Literacy Wing, Legal Aid Wing, and ADR (Lok Adalat) Wing etc.. The training programme will continue till 30.09.2025.
