    Day 3 of the Induction Training program for newly empanelled LSAs of West DLSA The third day of Induction Training Programme for LSAs of West DLSA was held on 13.04.2023 at Conference Hall, 1st floor, Rouse Avenue Court Complex and started with the session on the topic “Overview of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881’ by Ms. Anuradha Jindal, Secretary, South West DLSA. The second session was delivered by Ms. Helly Fur Kaur, Secretary, NDDLSA on the topic “Injunction and Interim relief under order 39 CPC; Specific Performance of Contracts and Declaratory relief”. Sh. Suneel Keswani, Corporate Trainer delivered the session thereafter on the topic “Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill”. Ms. Isha Singh, Secretary, South East DLSA took the last session on the topic “Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005; Laws on Maintenance of Wife and Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
