On Day 2 of the said PLV Training Sh. Mridul Gupta, Additional Secretary, DSLSA delivered the session on the topic “Provisions of Bail, Overview of provisions of Compoundable offences, Effective Plea Bargaining & its benefits”.
Sh. Abhinav Pandey, Secretary (Litigation), DSLSA delivered the session on the topic “Rights & duties of Prisoners including Parole, Furlough & remission, Schemes of DSLSA for welfare of Prisoners including Schemes for Financial Sustenance, Education & Welfare of Children of incarcerated Parents, 2014”.
At the end all the queries raised by the participants were resolved by the respective Resource Persons.”
