01.08.2023: Session for Project Arushi-Umeed ki Kiran
Central & West DLSA and in association with the Directorate of Education, GNCTD started a Legal Literacy Course and training programme for Educational and Vocational Guidance Counsellors (EVGC) as part of its Project Arushi-Umeed ki Kiran who will further reach out to children and teachers to disseminate the laws and various issues related to them.
Sh. Mridul Gupta, Additional Secretary, DSLSA was invited as a Resource Person to deliver the session scheduled on 01.08.2023 under this project on the topic “Law Relating to Children-Part I : Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, Prohibition of Child Labour Act, 2006 and Prevention of Drug Abuse and laws governing the same” from 10:00AM to 11:30AM at Sarvodya Bal Vidyalaya, DDU Marg, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi. He elaborated the topic with the help of PPT for quick and effective understanding.
All the queries raised by the participants were resolved by the Resource Person.
